Shipping & Return Info


The BootDoctors are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest levels of service and the best products available. We take that same approach with our online store. We carefully package our items and ship them by UPS within two business days. If you choose a form of expedited shipping it is a good idea to call our store at 800-592-6883 and alert us to make sure it gets handled properly. Our standard shipping method is by UPS, however we can accomodate shipping through USPS or FedEx ground or express. Please choose the corresponding UPS rate to figure shipping charges and make a note in the comments box requesting the different carrier. Please note that this may cause some additional delay in proceesing your order.

We do want our online customers to be aware that we are a "brick and mortar" business with two locations. All items listed in our online store are also available on the floor in our shops. While we strive to keep our product inventory listings as current as we can, on rare occasions it may occur that an item sells out in the shop before your order is placed. If this happens we will refund your credit card immediately with our sincerest apologies and send you a Coupon worth $10.00 off any future purchase. Please be aware that it may take up to 2 days for the credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Returns & Exchanges:

At the BootDoctors we understand that sometimes an item may need to be returned or exchanged for various reasons.
Here is the process that needs to be followed.
Purchases may be returned for an exchange or refund as long as the Boot Doctors is notified by either phone (800-592-6883) or email via our contact form, for a Return Authorization (RA) number within 10 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted without an RA number. The product needs to be in its original "new" condition, in its original factory packaging with all instructions, tags, and accessories shipped with the item. Any returns not meeting these conditions could be charged, at our discretion, a minimum re-stocking fee of $25 or deemed ineligible for return and customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
All returns must be received back to us within 15 days of the original receipt date. All returns are for exchange or credit via the original method of payment. Credit will be issued within 1-3 business days of receipt and inspection. You will be notified by email of the credit. Please note it may take 3-4 days to appear on your statement due to processing delays by the credit card companies. Credits are for the original purchase price less original shipping, if applicable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges to the Boot Doctors.
A restocking fee of up to 25% will be charged on all "flat" skis that were mounted by us and returned for credit or exchange, (i.e. we had to drill into the skis to mount the bindings) or any item returned beyond the above stated timeframes. All packages refused by customers will be charged the return shipping charges. System skis that have been mounted by our staff are subject to a restocking fee of $30 if being returned for a refund. "Flat" skis mounted by another shop are not eligible for return/exchange. In the event of shipping errors by the Boot Doctors, a pre-paid return label will be supplied to you for the return shipment. Manufacturers reserve the right to change graphics according to size and they may also, (in an effort to reduce, reuse, recycle) use different color base material from what is shown in our product images.
Product warranties are the sole responsibility of the manufacturers, however we are available to help expedite any warranty issues with the suppliers on products purchased from us. Just give us a call and we'll be happy to see what we can do on your behalf.
